Public Justice will never stop fighting to protect workers, consumers, families, and the planet by keeping power in check — inside the courtroom and out.
Public Justice is fighting back against the Trump administration’s attempts to erase the Constitution, dismantle lifesaving regulations, and legislate bigotry.
We believe that public health, the sustainability of the planet and the preservation of species and the ecosystems they depend on are more important than maximizing corporate profits. We believe that poverty is not a crime, and wealth should not be a get-out-of-jail-free card. We believe the White House’s anti-DEI crusade is nothing more than a wholesale attempt to weaponize civil rights laws, require discrimination, and suppress freedom of speech.
