School Discrimination Intake Form

This form is for students – and the parents/guardians of students – who seek legal representation regarding discrimination in schools. We primarily take cases concerning discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and/or pregnancy. You should receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your online request for assistance the same day that it’s submitted. Generally, your request for assistance will be reviewed by Public Justice within two weeks of receipt (sooner, if time sensitive).
