Lebens v. Country Creek Association, Inc.

We filed a disability discrimination lawsuit under the Fair Housing Act against a Virginia homeowners association that refused to take reasonable steps to protect a chemically sensitive homeowner, Melinda Lebens, from pesticide exposure. Five months later, the association agreed to implement a development-wide program to effectively eliminate Lebens’ exposure to pesticides.
