This Title IX lawsuit was brought against West Chester University (West Chester, PA) for canceling the women’s gymnastics team and depriving women of equal treatment in intercollegiate athletics.  Sharon McKee and William Hangley of Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin are lead counsel.
