We won a multi-media environmental citizen suit settlement forcing the El Dorado Chemical Company to comply with federal air, water, hazardous waste, and right to know laws. The company also paid $165,000 for an environmental audit, a $50,000 penalty to the U.S. Treasury, and compensation to nearby residents.
