Public Justice filed an amici brief supporting certification of a class action seeking economic damages claims arising out of the sale of so-called “light” cigarettes.  The brief emphasized the value of the class action device.  The brief was authored by the National Association of Consumer Attorneys, with input from Public Justice’s Paul Bland.
