Republic of Philippines v. Westinghouse Electric

We and Public Citizen sought and won public access to documents filed under seal in the Republic of Philippines’ lawsuit against Westinghouse Electric for bribing Ferdinand Marcos to win a contract to build the Philippines’ first nuclear power plant and then building an unsafe plant. The court held that summary judgment documents should be open to the public
