Public Justice Executive Director Paul Bland will be part of a panel discussion on “Mass Arbitrations as a Procedural Strategy in Consumer and Employment Class Actions”. The discussion will feature the plaintiff’s perspective on mass arbitrations as an alternative to class actions, emerging arbitrator mass arbitration protocols, defense perspective on the best deterrence approaches and response strategies, as well as the public interest NGO perspective on the use of mass arbitrations as a strategy.
