Staff Attorney, Environmental Enforcement Project
Neil Levine is a staff attorney on Public Justice’s Environmental Enforcement Project. He joined Public Justice in December 2017 after spending 25 years representing national organizations and community groups throughout the country on a wide range of environmental issues.
Neil previously served as an attorney for Grand Canyon Trust, Earthjustice and the Environmental Defense Center (in Santa Barbara) suing federal agencies when they failed to conserve the nation’s wildlands and imperiled species. He also established his own solo private practice and directed the environmental law clinic at the University of Denver Law School.
