Moran v. Grand Aerie of the Fraternal Order of Eagles

We filed a sex discrimination suit against the Fraternal Order of Eagles, a national civic organization, for refusing to admit women as full members in Massachusetts. Within two years, the organization changed its rules and admitted women as full members.
