Orders that all criminal initial appearances and detention hearings will be conducted via video or telephone conference with the defendant’s permission, unless directed otherwise by the Court. All criminal and civil hearings and trial dates in Seattle and Tacoma courthouses scheduled to occur before June 1, 2020 are continued pending further order of the Court.
