GA Supreme Court Order Extending Declaration of Statewide Judicial Emergency (April 6, 2020)
Extends Georgia Order Declaring Statewide Emergency from March 14, 2020 to May 13, 2020. With regards to matters not deemed essential functions, encourages courts and litigants to proceed to the extent feasible consistent with public health guidance, for example through the use of teleconference and videoconferences.
