Harris County 151st Civil District Ct Order on Videoconference Depositions (March 24, 2020)
Provides that all oral depositions may be taken, and oaths administered, remotely via videoconference. Deposition notice must specify technology to be used. Party noticing deposition must ensure witnesses have access to it, and refusal by one party to agree to a remote deposition shall not stay said deposition. No motion to quash based on wish to be physically present will be granted.
