P. 28 and 29 to expressly permit remote attendance by court reporters. Suspends requirement that stipulation or court order are required for remote deposition, but requires parties to meet and confer remotely prior to serving notice of remote deposition. Counsel seeking to take remote deposition must confirm that prospective deponents have access to appropriate technology enabling them to be deposed remotely.
