Epochs Tour So Far
Announced during our Annual Gala and Awards Dinner in July, Public Justice’s Epochs Tour kicked off in September. CEO Sharon McGowan has been on the road since then, meeting members of our community and sharing her vision for Public Justice’s future. The nationwide road trip, which will continue through early 2025, has brought together Public Justice Members, allies and other supporters to help build a new epoch of change for the organization, our mission and the communities and clients we serve.
To date, Sharon has visited three cities – Philadelphia (September 10th), NYC (September 12th) and Seattle (September 30th) – with other events coming soon to Minneapolis, Chicago, San Francisco and beyond.
In Philly, we joined our friends and hosts at Berger Montague for the official Epochs Tour kick-off, toasting this exciting new chapter in Public Justice’s history with friends from across the northeast.
Next, our NYC event brought a raucous party to the Big Apple. Presented in partnership with Rayna Kessler/Robins Kaplan’s Plaintiff Power Happy Hour, our Manhattan stop made for a bustling, full room of happy attendees at the swanky Paramount Club in midtown (a venue even equipped with a pool table).
Then we headed west to Seattle where the city showed off its finest weather, boasting gorgeous mountain views and sparkling waters. Keller Rohrback’s office overlooked the scenery as the Public Justice Pacific Northwest family gathered to mingle and learn more about Sharon’s vision and plans for the organization.
We loved hearing stories about our Members’ practices, and our allies’ inspiring work in their own communities, and to begin a conversation about how Public Justice can lift up and impact your work even more as we begin this new chapter together. We’re excited to deepen these important connections in the months ahead and to continue the conversation about how we can be partners for change.
Thank you to everyone whose hospitality, encouragement, insight and positivity have made the Epochs Tour possible.
