Business Manager

Norma Sapp is the Business Manager, located in Public Justice’s DC headquarters.  Norma has spent much of her career managing office operations for both non-profit organizations and for-profit companies in the Washington, D.C. area.

Norma is responsible for supporting and coordinating the organization’s day-to-day back-office business operations and processes. Primary responsibilities include maintaining contracts, supporting critical business operations, and serving as the point person for all employee benefits-related contracts, providing support to the outsourced accounting team. Norma also coordinates the open file process and works closely with Public Justice offices and remote personnel to ensure the business needs of employees are met across the organization.
